“I have known Cindy Wennerstrom since 2007 and have worked with her since. We own a legal Triplex together in the Upper Beaches of Toronto in which we converted successfully from a duplex into a triplex. Cindy is a well-known Investor in the area and helps people with renovations and tenant find services. She has help me and my clients since 2007 with her services and I can only say that if she wasn't doing a superb job then I wouldn't still be recommending her. What makes Cindy so great is that she actually cares what the houses look like. She actually cares who her tenants are. She actually wants to provide the best quality and service to her clients and tenants. I have never come across anyone who values these standards and actually delivers on them. When Cindy works on a conversion project or a renovation project, her intentions are to make all things better from the neighbourhood, the street, the neighbours, the subject property, and the tenant experience. All of these must work for Cindy in order for her "Gold Standard" to prevail. Thank you Cindy for making our community a better place to live!”

Angelo Pierro Managing Director, GfK Research Dynamics

“In our business dealings with Cindy over the past three years, we have found her to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Toronto Rental Market. As a new investor into this area, Cindy’s expertise was instrumental in our decision to proceed with our venture. I was not only impressed with her knowledge of the financials related to investment properties, but also her strong desire to ensure tenants are protected contractually and that there be a healthy relationship between the tenant and the landlord. As a property owner, I would not hesitate endorsing Cindy […] as she is a very responsible landlord and her attention to detail has a positive impact on property values.”

“Cindy imparts her business acumen and design skills to every redevelopment project. I’ve attended seminars and had personal consultations where Cindy explained how she took a rundown, poorly managed property and transformed it into a beautifully designed and redeveloped multi-family property. The added benefit of Cindy’s projects is the economic domino-effect of increased value to the property and neighbourhood. I can only speak very highly of her as a business-woman, renovator and fellow real estate investor. Cindy has provided incredible advice and coached me in my short career as a real estate investor. Her guidance has helped me effectively and efficiently manage my business and increase cash flow.”

“Cindy has been involved in not only renovating and renting properties but has also acted as mentor and coach to a group of women interested in developing their portfolios. She goes above and beyond at all times to support and provide professional advice. My husband and I have called on Cindy as a consultant to make investment and retirement decisions. As a property owner […] I have welcomed Cindy’s suggestions as to how to develop my home. Cindy is actively involved in the community and has great pride in the city of Toronto. Her renovations are always aimed at upgrading the property and enhancing the surrounding area.”

Christopher Pay, Real Estate Investor

“In May 2013 we retained Oro Properties to secure a tenant for our residential rental property in Toronto. […] My wife and I had been seeking to diversify a portion of our investment holdings into income-producing real estate. Our experience with Cindy and her team was first rate. We found her to be very knowledgeable, diligent, and pleasant to deal with. Her considerable experience was evident as she guided us through the key considerations of landlord – tenant relations, advised on market positioning, and managed us through the process. Additionally, we appreciated her insights into the building and managing of her own real estate investment portfolio. Her business-like approach appears to be having meaningful success. We would recommend Cindy to others and would also retain her services again.”
